• Used for some member domains hosted externally via GoDaddy.
• Managed by the web and operations team to maintain client DNS and hosting.
Domain Services (Internal)
• Internal domain management handled through GoDaddy.
• Used for Orange & Gray’s owned domains and infrastructure services.
Office 365 Backups
• Used for secure backups of company and internal email data.
• Managed by IT to ensure data protection and recovery for all staff accounts.
Whale
• Internal knowledge-sharing platform used for onboarding, training, and documenting processes and SOPs.
• Includes 'Ask Alice', a virtual assistant that helps employees find company information quickly.
• Alice searches Whale and guides you to related pages, documents, or training resources.
